"Hug Pillow" is what some folks prefer to call dakimakura.
This dakimakura is probably one of the nicest I've seen - its the lovely Sasara Kusugawa from the ToHeart series.
This one will be out in August and cost the usuall 10,500 yen at Hobby Stock.
And for those wondering why on earth dakimakura covers are so expensive - its because they are produced in small batches. If they mass produced these then the price will come down dramatically - the more they produce in one batch, the lower the production cost will be.
Maybe otaku should start promoting dakimakura and spread the word.
