Yet more groundbreaking technology from the land of the rising sun. Folks who live in Japan will know that there are always folks sleeping on the trains like this fellow and that many people miss their stops because of this. But thanks to this device, one can sleep with piece of mind that they will never miss their stop - in theory. As you can see from the video below - the person who wants to get some kip on the train simply wears the blindfold to block out the bright lights of the train carriage. A display on the blind fold scrolls along and says "I'm getting off at Mejiro (station)." Nobody woke him up... Japan is probably the only country in the world where you can go to sleep on a train and wake up with your belongings intact.
