SCANDAL Kicks Off Japan Concert Tour with New Hairstyle-Japanese female band SCANDAL kicked off their Japan nationwide tour last week at the Kobe Cultural Hall in Hyogo prefecture. Tokyo Crows-Nearly forgot to answer this one - its for warding off crows.
