Akihabara News has timed how long it takes to boot up Sony's new Vaio Type P - 3:20 mins to a usable state. Not surprised at all. My MBP probably takes 1:30 mins but what I like about Macs is that they are usable just a few seconds after coming out of hibernation. Then again - my MBP is having trouble sleeping of late...
