A school girl aged 15 was suddenly stunned in the back with a stun gun while riding her bicycle which left her unconscious for a while. The girl said that she heard an electrical buzzing noise and felt pain before falling to the ground. The girl did manage to look up and see the culprit escaping - including his number plate. The culprit was a man aged 38 who was later arrested by the police. He later said... I wanted to try out the stun gun... I would like to ask why he didn't try it out on his dolphin. Stun guns seem to be readily available over here - a quick search brought up this site which sells them starting from about 8,000 yen.
