Fresh Verse. You need to register to view it though. Not sure how the TV schedule works and seems to be random. One Sunday morning they showed Kamen Rider and Fresh Precure but the following Sunday showed something completely different. If you have other sources for watching live Japanese TV then please feel free to share. Fresh Precure is surprisingly good - puts the quality of many late night anime to shame.
