Another evening without much time to cook or eat outside - Katsu Bento to the rescue. This bento comes with a mix of pork, beef and prawn deep fried in breadcrumbs. But no matter how busy I am, I never skip brekkie, lunch or dinner - because doing so gives me the runs. Many Japanese folks I know tend to skip breakfast though.
